The use of advanced CAD applications allows our design and planning department to design the assemblies and tooling for new lines of faucetry. This control of the design process significantly contributes to THG’s legendary ability to introduce exceptionally designed products to the marketplace. It also benefits THG’s customers when they need to set up production of a proprietary design.

Once the design & planning programs are ready, they are fed into a central tooling computer which completes the development. The expertise of our tool makers combined with the versatility of our equipment is what enables THG’s design and planning department to turn out exacting prototypes to assist in new product launches.

With the ability to create special ranges and complete technical files to meet the requirements from the hotel and yachting markets, particularly in relation to special in house designs, THG regularly demonstrates its supremacy and expertise by winning the most complex and prestigious contracts.

At THG we keep enough stock on hand in polished brass for several thousand products. This inventory is controlled with our state-of-the-art computer systems. As each order is received it is picked by our preparation team and sent to our plating facility for finishing in one of our 35 custom finishes.

Speed of execution is a major advantage in the entire process of creation since new product lines must be adapted to all the special needs of our customers and supplied in a great number of installation options, styles and finishes.

The technical mastery of the production and development staff (design, tooling-up, etc.) allows us to conduct a product creation, from design to a packaged and marketable product, in a very short amount of time. Each stage of the process- design, prototyping, pre-industrialization and industrialization is conducted in collaboration with the staff in order to take advantage of the considerable experience of our technicians.

In day-to-day manufacturing, this flexibility of production, along with the professionalism of our personnel, provides us with the ability to produce customer orders, whether standard or special, with optimum quality.
