THG will be exhibiting at this year’s Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show starting this Thursday, October 28 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and going until Monday, November 1. THG will be exhibiting fixtures that can be found on some of the most luxurious yachts in the world.

On display will be the Bagatelle Collection designed by the highly respected French designer Olivier Gagnère, as well as the Profil Collection, designed by renowned interior designer Jamie Drake. “As the leading bath and accessory provider to the yachting industry, it’s important for THG to have a presence at the Fort Lauderdale International Yacht and Boat Show; we’re very excited to be showing again this year,” said Scott Triethart, National Sales Director of THG USA. “THG exudes pure luxury and represents the ultimate in extravagance— we’re excited for attendees to see the exquisite craftsmanship of our beautiful collections firsthand,” continues Triethart.

Similar to all THG collections, both the Bagatelle and Profil Collection were designed specifically for architectural residences, royal palaces, luxury yachts, hotels and resorts.

The Boat Show exhibits range from yacht builders and designers to exotic cars and brokerage yachts. The show boasts more than 3 million square feet of space over five locations.

Bird Decorative Hardware & Bath has evolved into one of the premier decorative hardware and plumbing companies in the Carolinas. When asked if he recalled the first time they worked with Dawn Moffitt Design, Inc., Mike Wells chuckled, “Believe it or not, our working relationship with Dawn Moffitt – a local yacht designer- all started with a 24K gold trash can.” Mike wholeheartedly credits Dawn for opening his eyes to all that THG has to offer.

Elegant Additions hosted its very first Atlanta event last night. The local IFDA chapter (International Furnishings and Design Association) held their monthly meeting in the new 5000 sq.ft. designer showroom, located in the Miami Circle Design District of Buckhead, Georgia.

The evening kicked off with owner, Julie Koch, giving a brief presentation on “the secret” behind successfully selling designer plumbing and hardware. Koch had a specific message for design professionals: “Use your talents to create beautiful spaces and fixtures, and leave the rest to us.” Koch continued on, inspiring attendees to discover the “secrets” behind adding decorative “jewelry,” for the bath—luxury plumbing and hardware to be exact.

Elegant Additions couldn’t have featured THG anymore beautifully. At the entry of the showroom in a stunning jewelry case was a showcase of THG’s latest and finest collections. Jacque Griffith, the THG Atlanta representative, was on hand to educate this intimate group of specialists on the history of THG. Attendees nibbled on a southern repast of pork belly sliders and country apple tarts, and partook in lively conversations.
